FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Raven Tree Service, our pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the scope of work, safety factors, and equipment required for each job. Every tree is different, so we provide free estimates to give you an accurate price—no surprises. We’re a local, family-owned business, and we stand behind our work. That means no upsells, no gimmicks—just honest pricing for professional tree care done right. Whether it’s a simple trim or a complex removal, we’ll explain the costs upfront so you can make an informed decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple, clear, and professional. When a new customer reaches out, we start with a quick conversation to understand the scope of work—whether it’s a tree removal, trimming, or storm damage cleanup. From there, we schedule a free on-site estimate. One of our experienced team members will walk the property with you, discuss your concerns, and provide honest recommendations. You'll get a detailed quote outlining the work and cost, with no pressure or surprises. If you decide to move forward, we’ll get you on the schedule and keep you updated every step of the way. On the day of service, our crew shows up on time, gets the job done safely and efficiently, and leaves your property clean. We believe in clear communication, professional work, and building long-term trust with every homeowner we serve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team at Raven Tree Service is highly trained and certified to handle every aspect of tree care safely and professionally. We’re proud to have ISA Certified Arborists on staff, along with team members who are OSHA 10 and 30 certified, trained in CPR/First Aid, and fully qualified in both bucket and climbing safety. We combine formal certifications with years of hands-on experience in the field. That means we’re not just tree guys—we’re trained professionals who understand how to protect your property, care for your trees properly, and get the job done safely every time.
