Introduction

Louise is a results-obsessed SAT/ACT tutor with 15 years of math teaching experience, both in the classroom and online. Her degrees are in computer science and math from UVA and Columbia University. Previously, she taught high school math in New York City as a Math for America fellow and now tutors math and SAT/ACT full time. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a discount on the purchase of a package of 10 sessions. Payment is made via PayPal, Venmo, or credit card.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we set up a time for the first session. This can be done over the phone, or you can book me directly via my website. Next, we exchange Skype names so we can connect for a voice call (no webcam required). We'll use an online whiteboard to work out problems together. I will give you a call on Skype when it's time for us to get started!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in Math Education from Columbia University and am certified to teach high school in the state of Illinois. I was a high school math teacher in NYC for five years and have been tutoring online since 2012.
