- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with verifying the contact information, property location, and setting up an appointment to visit the property so that we may encompass everything in need of repair. We also may take this opportunity to evaluate an existing insurance claim for further reconciliation that may be necessary. After a brief presentation of who we are and how we operate, we may present a detailed estimate with a copy of our digital analysis and set a reasonable timeframe to follow up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Roof Bros Restoration has two former Independent Insurance Adjusters on staff who are currently certified in the industry leading estimating software that is used to estimate construction cost. All of our project managers are trained to identify components of a property that are in need of repair or replacement as a result of reaching its life expectancy or as a result of storm damage.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The two owners were raised in construction and even worked together for 5 years at a company that operated with a $50 million dollar budget Nationwide.
