- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work strictly on commission. I earn my commission once sellers listed property is sold. I also earn my commission once I complete my fiduciary duty of helping buyer secure and close home that matches their buying criteria.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with customer, go over their goals, and expectations of me. I also like to go over and complete buyers agency agreement, after that we get the ground running to complete customer goals in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelor in Business Administration, and I also have my Missouri real estate license.
