- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10%. discount for first reservation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is first have a phone conversation about what your needs are, dates you are traveling and how many pets you have. Also, I need to know what part of town you live in to check and see if you are in my service area. Then, we arrange for a Meet 'n Greet! I come to your home to meet you and your pets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First Aid for animals, CPR for animals. I have rescued large dogs for the past 30 years.
