Introduction
Hello my name is Nick Martin I am the founder and CEO of Kryptonian Muscle which offically started in 2017, unoffically since 2012 when I lost 100lbs all on my own! It taught me discipline, hardwork, positvity and the will to never give up! I fell in love with the process and been helping others with weight loss transformations, nutrition counseling, strength training, powerlifting coaching, strength and conditioining and mindset change since! This is what I brings to the table with my clients, I've been in the same shoes they are in when it comes to weight loss and I knows how hard it can be, but if you give 110% to this goal the end reward is so much bigger than you can possibly imagine! I have BS in Health Management majoring in Health Promotions along with a minor in Nutrition. I'm also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NCCPT Sports Nutrition Specialist, USPA Powerlifter and certifed in CPR/AED through the AHA.

Nick is an excellent trainer! Not only does he know his stuff, he's a super fun dude to be around and makes training fun. I don't think I could recommend anyone else. I started training with Nick about 1 year ago. In that time I have seen massive gains in not only muscle size but endurance and strength as well. I was also able to drop from 26% body fat to 17% body fat in 11 months while gaining several pounds of muscle at the same time! The programs that Nick creates are customized to each person's individual needs and will absolutely provide you with the results you are looking for, provided YOU put in the effort! If you're thinking about bettering yourself and getting in the gym but are shy or nervous about walking into a new environment, start training with Nick ASAP. He will make sure you're comfortable and will always push you in the right direction!

Nick is awesome! He is always focused on your safety and what you feel comfortable with but he's not afraid to push you to be better. He's very knowledgeable on what he does and has no issue answering questions about why he included a certain exercise in your program or what it's meant to do. If you want a personal trainer that is going to be a yes-man and tell you exactly what you want to hear, that's not Nick. He's very honest, he tells you when you need to work harder, he tells you when you're stuck inside your own head, he has no problem calling me out on my BS LOL (but it's all love)! I genuinely feel like Nick is rooting for me and doing everything he can to help me reach my goals.

Nicks been my trainer for for a few months. He's willing to be flexible with your schedule to get in and train. Also, helps me understand my forms and excutes them correctly.

I’ve been working with Nick for nearly a year and am now much fitter, stronger, and healthier. I’m seeing a steady reduction in the aches, pains, and stiffness caused by sitting at a desk for decades. Nick tailors each session to ensure that I work just hard enough to get results, but not so hard that I get injured or sore. I’ve worked with several trainers and have seen the best results with Nick. He’s easy to work with and always willing to accommodate my unpredictable schedule. Highly recommended!

I was nervous to walk into a gym with a post baby-bod, and Nick has helped me regain my confidence! He's been an awesome coach and now I look forward to our workouts each week. Even only working out 1x a week, I've been super happy with my results so far and changes to my health & fitness!
