FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charged 35$ an hour. But the more you train in a week the more inexpensive training becomes. 35$ for one hour a week for 60 min session. I require the first month up front for two reasons; one healthy habits are created and formed in as little as three weeks, the seconds reason is once a person has paid they will generally come back (which helps create that healthy habit).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet with new clients out side the gym. This helps create a great report and I can get a great assessment of what they want to accomplish and set short and long term goals. Once we have determines goals, length of service, numbers of times per week and months for training we set a time to meet at the gym. First work outs are always a shorten version to go over methods, form and expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been lifting weights for approximately 15 plus years, with an extensive back ground in military and law enforcement physical fitness. I also am currently working on my Gym Jones certifications/qualifications and attend a number of seminars and hands on workshop session a year for continued education.
