Welcome, and congratulations on taking the first step to getting your home or office organized. I have been a Professional Organizer for more than 19 years, and I find it very rewarding to help my clients organize their homes, offices, and ultimately lives by decluttering, and getting rid of the things that do not align with your future goals. Often we find ourselves having too much stuff, not enough space or time, and lack basic organizing skills. Some of my areas of expertise include paper management, offices, pantries, closets, basements and garages. With my experience as a Realtor, I can offer suggestions to help you declutter your home in order to get it ready for the market. As a courtesy, I will drop off anything you may decide to donate to charity free of charge. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Assessment $75.00 (not required) Hourly work rate is $65/hr (4 hr min) 50 mile max travel each way (will travel further for an up charge)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come and do an assessment of your space, although NOT required. We will go over your goals, and discuss what is working and what is not working. From there, we will come up with a plan of action, and you can decide how you would like to move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always learning about new ways to organize, as well as the latest and greatest products that come out to help you maximize your space. I’ve had my Real Estate License for more than 20 years, so I have a good eye for decluttering, and getting your home ready for the market if selling happens to be your motivation.
