- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are prices per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, a free 30 minute consultation. We want to know our clients before we come in and start working. Listen to their goals, concerns and frustrations. We like to review with them our ideas and strategies. We then come together with a plan and take it one step at a time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both Lisa and I have the skill set of raising multiple children in multiple select sports. That within itself can force you to get organized… or it all falls apart at the seams. We also passed all of the credentials through NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers).
