Setting up a deep cleaning with Ashlie was easy and she is incredibly professional. Her team cleaned our home excellently and we will be using Ezer for our cleaning needs going forward. Ashlie is really easy to work with, very responsive and you can just feel the enthusiasm she has for her work when talking with her. She also had some great ideas for us and our specific cleaning needs!

I needed help with clutter and mess that had built up in my home due to health problems. Rocela was very flexible and kind when I needed to reschedule a session. She arrived promptly and was amazing! She willing did so many tasks that I’ve been unable to do and did many things that I did not even think of. She went way above and beyond completing tasks. Her kindness was so appreciated. I am sure I will have her back and would highly recommend her service.

It really felt like having a friend over… who cleans your house. I was working from home and Ashlie just went to work while keeping up fun conversation during my breaks. She did such an incredible job wiping down every corner and the place smelled so clean without being overwhelmed with chemicals!

Deep & Standard Cleans: $65/HR, One Time or Move In/Out $60/HR, Monthly Reoccurring $58/HR, BiWeekly Reoccurring $55/HR, Weekly Reoccurring $40/HR, per additional Home Specialist Organizing & Decluttering: $65/HR, Projects under 5 hrs $55/HR, Projects over 5 hrs $40/HR, per additional Home Specialist $40/HR, Decor & Supply ordering/shopping $10, Donation haul aways exceeding more than one trip **All jobs have a 3 hour minimum
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know our clients and their needs. Once we have asked a couple questions to better understand their home we provide an estimate. Once booked our clients receive a welcome email as well as a confirmation email. We provide an appointment reminder the prior day via text and email. We pride ourselves in ensuring our clients and home specialist are confident and ready for the job so that is why one of the owners will meet the home specialist for an initial intro and walk thru.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide paid training for all our staff. We believe in hands on training and all of our team members have gone through numerous on site/hands on training before going out on their own to a job. We also provide continuing training to our team.
