Deep & Standard Cleans: $65/HR, One Time or Move In/Out $60/HR, Monthly Reoccurring $58/HR, BiWeekly Reoccurring $55/HR, Weekly Reoccurring $40/HR, per additional Home Specialist Organizing & Decluttering: $65/HR, Projects under 5 hrs $55/HR, Projects over 5 hrs $40/HR, per additional Home Specialist $40/HR, Decor & Supply ordering/shopping $10, Donation haul aways exceeding more than one trip **All jobs have a 3 hour minimum
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know our clients and their needs. Once we have asked a couple questions to better understand their home we provide an estimate. Once booked our clients receive a welcome email as well as a confirmation email. We provide an appointment reminder the prior day via text and email. We pride ourselves in ensuring our clients and home specialist are confident and ready for the job so that is why one of the owners will meet the home specialist for an initial intro and walk thru.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide paid training for all our staff. We believe in hands on training and all of our team members have gone through numerous on site/hands on training before going out on their own to a job. We also provide continuing training to our team.
