Introduction
Car accidents and semi-truck crashes can be terribly painful and frightening experiences for all involved. What's more important is that after an accident, one of the first things you need to do is call the insurance company, and they'll want evidence. That's why it's so important to contact a St. Louis personal injury lawyer right away. With an attorney on your side, we can help gather the evidence and fight for you, while you focus on one job: healing. While you recover physically, the St. Louis personal injury attorneys at Schultz & Myers use some of the most technologically advanced hardware and software available in the legal industry. We present the evidence of car crashes in a way that jurors can understand. Our goal in trial is to assist the jury by putting them in our clients' shoes and help them understand exactly what happened in the accident, despite the insurance company's bells and whistles that are put in front of jurors. The judge may not let us admit that "yes, there is always insurance" that will pay the verdict, but our attorneys will look into every avenue of recovery to ensure that you are compensated for your losses.

It is hard to put into words what this law firm has done for me. I was struggling trying to deal with the insurance companies myself and was getting beat up by them and getting nowhere. I turned everything over to Schultz & Myers and let them go to work, which they did. It took time but all I had to do after that was to wait and exercise my patience. They did such an outstanding job, way beyond my expectations. Nothing I could have accomplished on my own, way beyond my ability of experties.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We work on a contingency fee basis, meaning we don't get paid until you get paid. The exact percentage will vary slightly based on the type of injury you were involved in. Consultations, however are ALWAYS FREE, so it doesn't cost you a dime to find out.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Mr. Myers not only attends classes to stay on top of personal injury law, but has also spoken at summits to truck accident attorneys who are eager to learn Josh's strategies.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

When people think of hiring a personal injury lawyer, they expect that they will be out making enemies with everyone involved in the accident. I wish victims realized that personal injury lawyers primarily deal with the insurance company of the at-fault driver. So, there's really no reason to think that hiring an attorney is somehow threatening or offensive to someone. We're here to make sure the insurance company is acting in good faith.
