- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It begins with listening to the client and just let the client talk about anything they want. Being in a crash is scary so I let a client unload their feelings and thoughts, then I will ask very pointed questions to get the heart of the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every month I attend seminars and continuing education classes so that I can know if there have been changes in the law. We want to know everything the insurance companies know as well!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for insurance companies and hated it. Insurance companies were not being fair and hurting people. I made a choice to help people, not insurance companies.
