Not very organized. Had 3 different employees reaching out all at the same time. Had to confirm identity on here to sort through all the spamming. When I let them know I found a reliable pro for a better price and declined, they made some comments about not trusting foreigners. Assumed I was just ignorant or something and didn’t confirm the competition was legit. Not the type of company I want working on my home. They won’t be getting any business from me.

All we did is provide a very reasonable quote and warn of scammers in our industry, yet this person felt obligated to slander our good name. When you ask to be contacted via Thumbtack, Locksmith companies pay money for your information. Therefore we have invested money to earn your business. So when you don’t answer one tech, we have a secondary one call you! You went with someone else and that’s fine. But we did not even work together! We were not hired for this job, nor did we do any work! Yet you felt you had the right to slander our good name. You will be hearing from our attorneys.
