Introduction

Genealogy is my life's passion. I have found over 100,000 relatives of my own personally, and millions for persons I have helped with their families. I was trained by professionals at the St. Louis Genealogical Society, and eventually became a teacher myself, as well as a Life Member of the organization. I find teasing out the clues to be very satisfying. Over the years I have become very adept at trying unusual ways of solving a "brick wall". Whether you want classes from me so you can do this yourself, just need an idea of what to look at next, need help with a hard area (I do work in Latin, French and German), want a brick wall cracked, or want someone to do this for you, I am here.

Pricing: Lessons so you can do this yourself, or hints about solving your brick wall: $25/hr. Tracing your tree for you: $25 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a clear idea of what you want to achieve. If you are a beginner, I can make plenty of suggestions. If you are experienced, but having a problem in one area, I can either do it for you, or suggest ways for you to proceed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
St. Louis Genealogical Society classes, taught by professionals. 40 years of daily experience tracing trees, For a lot of people, from very different areas. Very knowledgeable. I keep up with discoveries, journals, new techniques, etc. I did receive an award from the Society for outstanding work.
