- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free quotes to any customer interested in our top-tier painting services. We also don't markup any paint/stain so that we can pass our savings onto the customer and allow nicer products to be used.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically get a request and preferably meet with the client in person to discuss expectations and specifics. If an in-person meeting is not possible or inconvenient for the client we can also provide quotes from pictures or videos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jake and I have 13 years of residential painting experience. Jake and I have worked under the top painting talent to hone our trade and have been commended on countless jobs for our quality. We have done many projects, from painting walls to delicate wood repair and stain work.
