FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am able to give a rough estimate with basic pictures and information, however, I can not give a final concrete estimate until I am able to come to see the project in person. I am able to offer better pricing because I am a small business, and because of that we are allowed to cut out some big business pricing cost, such as business vehicles, and payroll.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would like to know about the project. How many bedrooms or square feet, trim, walls, ceilings, etc are involved in the project. I will need to know if you want to supply the paint or if you would like me to? I prefer Sherwin Williams paint for my projects personally, but I am willing to work with other paints that you supply. From that point, if we can agree on a price, I will require to review and sign the estimate. If the project is longer than one day, I will require 50% down, and then the final 50% once the project is finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned a successful business for 5 years painting residential and commercial ventures.
