- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per hour because there is no set price on a good quality paint job I fix everything with spotlights lighting areas so I can see things most don’t there’s no cutting any corners and quality is there from start to finish
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explain the process from start to finish, what to expect, ask if they prefer anything or have any questions in between explaining in detail of what the process will be
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in the field for 10+years and I was union for 6 of those years and went to all the required schooling it takes to become a journeyman painter and then went to work non union for a smaller company for about 4 years to help run their operation in the field
