- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Maid Brigade, we start with the house square footage, customize the areas of the home to be cleaned and let the customer know our estimate for the work. We come the home before the first cleaning to introduce ourselves and get a better understanding from the customer what they are expecting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically talk to a customer over the phone about their location and the type of cleaning they want. We do regular, move in/ move out and one time cleanings. We customize our quote to the areas you want cleaned in the house. We offer an in home visit to confirm our quote and answer any questions are customers have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our teams meet weekly to discuss new techniques and to discuss issues pertinent to the cleanings. Our network of Maid Brigade companies communicate monthly on topics important to growing our relationships with customers. Annually, we meet to improve our processes and review what trends our customers are following.
