- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 2 different types of pricing. Flat rate for a standard reoccurring clean which includes a custom checklist per home (the most cost efficient) or an hourly rate if your looking to clean in segments or by project. We do offer a 10% military discount with proper identification.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would go over the main concerns of the client. Then go over the standard cleaning checklist followed by adding the clients needs to that checklist. At this time we will speak about any off limit spaces or objects, go over our company polices and arrange an entrance for cleanings i.e keys, codes, or family member being home etc.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with OCPD patients, clients with newborns, in home dialysis patients, in home office clients, animal rescue families, I’ve cleaned in the absence of clients and homes with multiple children.
