- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on transparent and accurate pricing for any and all jobs we handle. We will provide you with an estimate, with clear and easy to understand terms, that displays all pricing, taxes, methods of payment, and more. You will know, before the job even starts, what this will cost you. We know sometimes a job can change along the way. If it does, we update all quotes and discuss any changes with you before they are completed. No matter where we are in the process, you will have all the info needed to make well-informed decisions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After discussing rough plans with our new customer, we like to schedule a free in-person (virtual offered) estimate for all work being completed. This allows us to better understand your needs, give recommendations, and make a plan for a remodel or repair that lasts a lifetime.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Combined 10 years of experience in handyman and carpentry work. We are members of the Association of Certified Handyman Professionals and carry a high standard of care, an eye for detail, and never leave a mess behind.
