I was really surprised how quickly they responded to my inquiry. He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns that I had. I wasn't there for the actual installation but, I can see that they did an awesome job on the TV mount installation.

Steve was great! I had a few small projects that needed to be completed in addition to the mounting of my television.
