- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Following an initial phone conversation, I will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the potential work site, take any required measurements, and then deliver a quote along with an estimated project timeline within 48 hours. Upon approval, we will set a start date, send out a contract for signing that details the job specifics, collect any necessary deposit/payment, and commence the work.
