Brandon was awesome. He found a solution to fix my furnace, while others said they could not repair it. He has excellent skills and knowledge, took the time to locate the problem, and did an excellent job. My furnace is up there in age, and when it needs replacement, this is the company I will select! I just had the BEST experience with Kevin. Kevin walked me through on how to check if my HVAC just needed a filter cleaning or if there was indeed an issue. I’m happy to say I passed HVAC 101. Kevin was super patient while walking me through each step. As a new homeowner and not as knowledgeable about the maintenance of a home, I felt comfortable with Kevin and felt like he’d be honest and reliable. Sure enough he was. Thank you so much Kevin. I will definitely contact him again next time i’m needing service and you should as well if you need someone trustworthy!

Very fast response to call. I had a strange circumstance where the problem with my furnace came and went. Sometimes it would kick on, other times it wouldn’t. The tech Brandon came out and thoroughly looked over furnace unit to try to find the issue. He reassured us that the unit looked good and “tuned it up” to ensure it would run for us. He was very nice and explained everything in terms we could understand. He ran more test than were probably warranted to be thorough and to ensure the unit was running at its best because we couldn’t recreate the issue while he was here (of course! 🤣) I highly recommend them and will look to them for any further HVAC needs that we have!

We had them come out and work on our furnace and shortly there after we had a issues with the AC unit spilling water while running. Since they were the last ones to work on the unit I believed them to be responsible for our new problem. We reached out a couple of times to the tech who had originally done work on the unit, as we had his cell info, and were left dissatisfied with his response. It wasn't long before the hottest days were over and it fell off our radar until the next summer.We contacted several people who gave as theories, mostly involving how the drainage was improperly installed and quoted us prices to remedy our situation. Most were several hundred dollars to a couple thousand. They said there was no way to be sure exactly what the issue was because the unit would need to be dismantled in order to be sure. We had resigned ourselves to just using another company and just moving forward. However, some of the gross, smelly water that was accumulating in the basement got on my laundry and that left me angry and a little bitter. So, I left a negative review with 1-Call thinking that would be the end of our dealings and we would go our separate ways permanently.Kevin personally reached out and contacted us immediately. He offered to come out and fix the unit. They came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and completely solved our problem. He even brought us in so we could see the issue being a slanted ramp in the AC unit itself. Nothing was improperly installed by 1-Call. We actually felt bad for the original review and offered him what little cash we has on us at the house though not once did he ever mention payment or even how much such a service would cost. Kevin went above and beyond. His company was not at all responsible for our misfortune but he came to our rescue anyways. Our basement is now bone dry. If they would have us back as customers, we would totally use them for any work we needed. They are truly an honest and reputable company, which is hard to come by

Sorry for your for your bad experience. I’m not sure what customer you are as we work with a lot of warranty customers you can feel free to give me a call to discuss the matter 314-952-1262. This was almost 2 years later, so I’m not sure exactly what this was regarding. I’m sure if you give me a call we can come up with a resolution. Thank you. Also, do you recall who you spoke to regarding the issue with the drain and we would not have blocked anything off as if a furnace only was replaced generally there’s no reason that we have to do anything with the evaporator coil not always the case, but generally not?
