I am retired and looking to do this on a part-time basis. My specialty is replacing outside faucets, main shut off valve to the house, and pressure regulators. I can replace a standard 40 galloon gas hot water heater for $1,596 that is parts and labor. I’ve been doing construction and maintenance on apartments and houses for 40 years. My expertise is plumbing and electrical.

I was looking for someone to replace our vanity and after a few messages decided on Super Handy Man. He was able to come out the next day which was great! He entered our home with a warm demeanor that extended even to my kids, which I really appreciated. You can tell he really cares about his work and the people that he assists. After talking through a few things, we decided to also have him replace our water hook up valve. He took care of both these things quickly and efficiently and was in open communication every step of the way, including being patient when I was nitpicky about where I wanted things arranged. With both things finished, we talked about Other areas of concern with our house, and he was honest about things even when it didn’t benefit him. We will definitely go to Don in the future and will be recommending him to everyone we know.

The Super Handy Man lives up to his name!! In addition to fixing a pipe that that was leaking along with a clogged garbage disposal, he gave us insight into a number of other preventative things we could do to help prevent future issues around our house. We’re new home owners and have already fallen victim to scenarios where we couldn’t fix what we didn’t know was broken. Don’s devotion to helping those he works with is clear. I just want to say that I am very pleased with the replacement of my outside water faucet. We thought we would have to cut through the wall because of waterline being behind the drywall but we’re able to pull out and replace. I even got a shit off valve for that line now.
