I am retired and looking to do this on a part-time basis. My specialty is replacing outside faucets, main shut off valve to the house, and pressure regulators. I can replace a standard 40 galloon gas hot water heater for $1,495 that is parts and labor. I’ve been doing construction and maintenance on apartments and houses for 40 years. My expertise is plumbing and electrical.
