- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$350 for standard 4 hour DJ event services. Professional lighting and Karaoke included. $50 charge for travel outside St. Louis Metropolitan area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A request, followed by a quote. If the there is interest, we will have a phone conversation so that I can better understand the customer's needs. I follow up the conversation with a detailed plan to care for the event along with a contract. I allow for ultimate flexibility. If a customer wants to have complete control of the setlists, monologue/dialogue, I can accomidate. However, if you want to be hands off and enjoy yourself, I can provide the ultimate entertainment experience for you and your guests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a music of the Beatles course @ Wash-U while working on my BS in Math. I think that broadened my horizons to a lot of genres.
