- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many of our clients want a unique and custom experience. While we do offer a base price for just a DJ service, often clients customize our options to fit the look or feel they are trying to achieve. General Liability Insurance - We are Insured as required by many venues. We travel to any event in the Contiguous United States.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have worked intensively on a private area for our clients to plan each and every detail for the event. Event Timelines and Planners to keep everything on track. A special client only area for music selections. But let's not leave the guest out as they too have a special area to request music before the event. And YES the client can remove any song they do not approve. This state of the area client area allows for all parties to be on the same page and offers tools for a stress-free event. To secure an event date with our service we require an official contract be signed and on file with our online system. This contract will outline customer contact details, venue details, event details, package and any options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We travel to many industry trade show each year and attend seminars to learn everything possible to provide the very best for my clients, events such as; The DJ Expo, Photo Booth Expo, MobileBeat, The LasVegasDJShow, National Association of Music Merchants Trade Shows, SXSW, CES, MidWestDJLIVE, DJNTV Insider and other various trade shows.
