My name is Nikki Lyons and I’ve been teaching for 18 years. While teaching I discovered I love technology and I love helping others with technology. I decided to combine my love of teaching and love of technology and create The Techy Tutor. If you have or someone you know has a tech problem, needs help setting up technology, wants to get more proficient with a certain program I’m here to help. My expertise is in Google and Microsoft, but I’m familiar with most products. I’d be happy to help one time or as often as needed.

I charge $50 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically talk to the customer on the phone or via text to see what their needs are, set up an appointment and then go to their home. I am fully vaccinated and perfectly happy to wear a mask.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many professional development courses and have all of my Google certifications.
