- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is usually by the hour. It includes time, travel, garnishes, bar set up and clean up as well as any additional services (shopping lists/ signature cocktails).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to identify the customer needs by doing a brief consultation. I am willing to help them come up with a shopping list and drink menu that fits their event. I hope to always exceed expectations with my customer service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Graduated from bartending school on 2008.
