Dude tried to make me first do a service call when all I needed was a cosmetic repair, replace the cooktop because there were scratches left by the last tenant. I would’ve been fired e if he wanted to do the “service call” the day he came to replace the cooktop but I didn’t have time for him to send someone and then schedule me next month to do the work so he could keep the $90 service fee for doing nothing. I’m glad he canceled and pray for his next victim where he insists on doing a separate service call for a cosmetic repair.
