- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flat rate. This means the price I give for the repair is the price you will pay. All labor, materials and diagnostic fees will be included in the final price. I cannot give pricing over the phone as each repair is unique to the product and issue that is occurring.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact you and get all your information. I will ask specific questions so that I will have the information needed to resolve your issue the first time I come to your home, this is always possible to resolve the issue in the first trip out but with my experiance and you responses to the questions it will greatly increase the likeleyhood of first trip repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to B.I.T. (Basic Institute of Technilogy). I have a degree in HVAC and Refrigeration as well as an Electronics degree. I have a Universal CFC license. I have an OSHA 10 certification, PBP Gas Oiping Certification, HVAC/R Preventive Maintenance Certification, a HFC-410A Hanbdling, Use and Recovery Certification.
