Complete change out of my home air conditioner and a coil. He was on the job site on time, worked without stop until it was completed. Changed out all equipment necessary. Put in a beautiful new unit as he said he would do, not a cheap unit but a very well made unit. Tested all lines for pressure and operation. Carried all the old stuff away. He was here and gone in approximately 4.5 hours. There was no up charge for anything not any type of additional sale to drive up the prices. In fact it was one hundred dollars cheaper than what he bid out n his contract. If everything runs as well as it looks I'm a very happy man. A job well done.

Bob came out on 4th of July weekend to give me an estimate. He arrived the following week to install a forced air furnace, central ac unit, and water tank. His quote was by far the best in the Saint Louis/University City area. Not only thst, but he was prompt, honest, and professional. I will be using him again for a few more investment properties!
