My experience with A Plus Bookeeping has been extremely positive. The quality of work she done for me has been outstanding. I own a painting contractor business and do not have time to check over and reconcile my books. A Plus made sure i was on track in a very timely manner. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat rate fees. I offer a discount for referrals. I have several packages that fit most businesses needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with an initial conversation, followed by meeting with the client in person or through a zoom call. My website is set up to onboard the client. I understand some clients don’t like to do things through the Internet. In that case I will give the client a list of things I will need to get started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed several bookkeeping/ accounting courses. I have worked side-by-side with CPAs for 6 years. I have been in the accounting field for 6 years. I am a QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
