- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For storm damage customers - we start with a thorough inspection, document damages we find on the house to recommend moving forward with an insurance claim or not. We will then be there to meet with your insurance adjuster after you've made the claim. Then we will provide a detailed estimate, and guide the customer through the insurance claims process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
