- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our property managers are members of the Realtor association and do standard continuing education on all real estate practices. We also read up on new management ideas and trends happening around the nation. We also go through training with our systems providers and train with other management companies in a collective networking group for improving professional services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love problem solving, working with people and I love everything to do with houses. So putting the three things together just made sense
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common job we do for owners is leasing a vacant unit and then managing the rent collection and repair needs of the new tenant. We offer other services such as unit remodeling and mowing, but most clients simply take advantage of our professional leasing and management services.
