- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary because we have to factor in travel cost, size of property and what all the customers wants done around the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to introduce myself and provide the customer with some of the work I have done. We will communicate effectively and walk through what the customer wants done before we start. I will ask questions and be straight forward when it comes to our services we offer. We pride on professionalism!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Pressure washing has become a new passion of mine! I started doing research and buying some of the top equipment and once I got my first job I knew it was for me!
