- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straight forward. More often than not the project has to be looked at to make sure the customer and myself are on the same page so that the customer gets what they are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set an appointment to meet with the customer if possible, go over what they would like to do, give advice when needed, set a time to start the project and sign a agreement at that time, and paint a smile on their face.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the business for 30 years now. Hang to finish, tape, textures, wallpaper removal, and all painting applications.
