Cody figured out why the outlets in my basement were not working. Turned out, I had a small fire in the electrical box that was thankfully detained. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward. We charge $94.50 for the initial visit and $126.00 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments, for residential customers. We have separate pricing for commercial, industrial, and agricultural services, which we can provide upon request. Please note that we apply a 4% processing fee for credit card payments.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client We first listen to their needs then educate them on our work flow and pricing. If they are satisfied we will move forward with working with one another.
