Rich was excellent and highly recommend his services. He responded almost immediately and was onsite promptly thereafter. He immediately diagnosed the problem (over heated motor) and offered a very fair estimate. I asked him how much to replace because it was about that time (I had a 20+ year old AC unit). He offered me a price that was lower than any other bids I had received before. I went ahead with replacement and he was onsite and completed the job less than 24 hours later. I will recommend him to friends and family.

I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing Rich was. Not only did he respond to me almost right away, but he was able to come the next day, on the weekend, in crazy cold weather. He arrived when he said he would, was super polite, and extremely knowledgeable. I had given him a brief description of what happened before I lost my heat. He was here maybe an hour, if that, and not only fixed my heat to get it going again, but he fixed some wiring issue that the original installers did wrong over 10 years ago. My heat is working better than ever and more evenly. Now my bedroom actually stays warm! Also, his prices are so reasonable! I’m so ecstatic and I couldn’t recommend him more! 😁

Rich was amazing! I had a lot of questions which he was able to explain to someone with low level electrical knowledge. I got a first hand glimpse at his troubleshooting from testing the HVAC transformer to grounding work. Luckily it wasn’t an issue with the control board. He was quick and efficient. Punctual and responsive. Would highly recommend for the value and I definitely reach out to him for future issues!
