From the very first meeting, I was certain I had chosen the right team of professionals to update my kitchen and install hardwood floor throughout my ground floor. Krista provided interior design assistance with product selection and Kevin provided the team to get all the tasks done. Every task was performed with great care. All living spaces were kept free of debris and clean. Every day, the crew worked ALL DAY! If you are looking for someone you trust to do what they say they will do and to do a fantastic job, you should talk to Krista and Kevin at KH Interiors! I am so glad that I found them and I will certainly be hiring them again for both large projects and small tasks where I want to hire professionals.

We hired Kevin to do a complete remodel of our master bathroom in a 100+ year old historic craftsman bungalow. It involved moving the entry door, converting the entry door to a pocket door, converting to a double sink vanity, building a tiled walk-in shower, installing a freestanding tub, installing new ceiling and wall light fixtures, and installing a herringbone tile pattern in the floor. Kevin was easy to work with and very responsive. He provided an itemized quote and the final cost was within 10 percent of the quote. The only variance was due to plumbing challenges that were hidden behind walls and floors. We entrusted Kevin's team with high-quality materials like Travertine stone tile, designer fixtures, and a custom quarter-sawn oak vanity. The quality of the work from Kevin's team and his sub-contractors is excellent. Kevin was easy to work with and very responsive. His crew was respectful, trustworthy, and as discrete as possible. We plan to include KH Interiors in future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system due to the unique details of each project. We review all pricing with our customers before any work begins so that everyone understands the expectations of the project and feels comfortable before the work begins. This includes small repairs to large scale remodels or new construction.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the initial appointment has been established, we meet with our customer in their home to discuss their project. Once we've answered their questions and we have all of the information we need, a detailed quote is presented. If the customer wishes to move forward, a deposit is received and a date to begin the project is established.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kevin has 25 years of experience combining Carpentry, Project Management and General Contracting. Krista has a Degree in Interior Design and 20 years of Interior Design experience. Our additional Project Manager and Interior Designers have extensive experience in their fields.
