- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always willing to take life situations into consideration when working out a pricing plan. There may be a travel fee for towns further out from the KC Metro area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a complimentary Assessment to discuss your needs and goals. This can be done over the phone, via video call or in-person in your home. This usually takes about 20-45 minutes. Next, we come up with a plan to help you meet your goals and personalize your space. An estimate of time will be determined and our first session scheduled. Now, we work together to make your space work better for you and your family!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent most of my life organizing and optimizing! Making spaces and routines more efficient has been a life long passion. Before becoming a professional organizer, most of my career was spent in the corporate world as an administrative professional and most recently, a continuous improvement project specialist and project manager.
