Mr. Jackson was very professional and easy to work with. He came out a day before to look at the project and gave some recommendations and we agreed on what he would be doing. He was on time and basically did a great job in mounting our tv and installing our sound system and hiding the wires. He knows what he’s doing! I wish I could have selected all the categories to describe my experience with William from HDTSound. My new TV and wall mount install had a lot of complexity to it with inner wall cord threading as well as a custom made frame that hangs around my TV. William explained his approach, took care of sourcing the equipment that would be needed, cleaned my mantle and home space where he worked, and stepped me through my remotes and features! Very kind, quick to reply, kept his word and our appointments. And all this for an unbeatable rate. Highly recommend!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Television mounting price structure based on size of television. Cable concealment, and connection to devices are included in the installation price. Additional charges apply for items such as addition of an electrical outlet, providing cables or mount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer at their installation location to discuss their plans. This allows me to view the project and inform the client of any potential issues that might arise. I then schedule the installation at a time convenient for the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technology is always changing and improving and as a result, we have to continually be involved in training and education.
