- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had always had a passion for learning and growing, being outside, and athletic. I had gone through intensive military training that required us to use ropes and trust our equipment. Shortly after I was in search of a job. I met a guy who owned an arborist company through a mutual friend. I started as a groundsman then quickly became a climber, foreman, to running the company. I moved to a larger company and ran than as well 2 years later. I gained much experience and decided to take a leap of faith or ‘go out on a limb’ and start my own company. I haven’t looked back sense.
