FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before scheduling a session whether it’s 1:1 or a group class or event I like to briefly chat with the potential customer to go over what they are looking for and to see if what I offer will be a good fit for what they are trying to achieve.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many different people with many different needs over the years. Here are a few examples Young athletes such as the Chaminade football team & the SLU dance team. I help athletes reduce the risk of injury and improve performance with specialized classes focused on each individuals needs. I’ve worked with families looking to reduce stress, build a deeper sense of connection and create a sense of inner balance & strength. I’ve held group classes and 1:1 sessions for many different groups of people. Some with no experience wanting to step into the world of yoga and others looking to hone & refine their practice.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Finding the right yoga instructor can be tricky, don’t be afraid to ask questions about training & experience. If I don’t offer what you are looking for I will always try to recommend you to someone who I believe will be a good fit for you.
