- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After our initial consultation call about your travel desires, dates, and details, I do want to let you know that I charge a $100 non-refundable services fee if we are going to work together. I not only look for pricing for you but I am your "concierge" before and after the trip: i.e. updates on Covid travel information, handle any possible flight changes, etc. If this does not deter you, then we will have a short phone call consultation and if we think we are both a good fit for one another, I will send you a credit card authorization form for the $100 and once that is paid, I will have your quote to you within 48 business hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients will reach out and we will have an initial phone consultation to make sure we are a good fit. After the first call, preliminary research is completed to make sure that the clients goals can be met. At that point, we will work on the travel agreement and arrangements, followed by extensive research and effort to maximize the clients experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years experience in leisure travel, corporate travel and airline employment, followed by numerous seminars and educational opportunities. I believe in continuous education to provide the best available resources to my clients and travel partners.
