- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard retainer fee of $300for EITHER of the following approaches. I offer two approaches to your project: $250-350/1-1.5hr on-site consult or online consultation (submission of client photos of proposed space). I will email back a proposed game-plan for the project with furniture and finish material selections for you to exectute. (Retainer fee is applied to this cost) The 2nd is a full-scale managed project ( if desired) I will discuss more details of pricing tiers based upon your overall budget, # of rooms to be addressed and the scope of work. (Retainer fee ISN'T applied to the total designer fee). It is a commitment fee. I do NOT charge ANY overage on furniture or materials or finishes purchased for your project. Billable hourly rate :$45/hr
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I discuss what is the perceived project and what client sees as existing issues with space. Schedule time to see space with client, (collect retainer fee), provide them with ideas/inspiration for possible solutions. Agree upon project and timeline/budget. Then, proceed with your project.

I am currently attending Art Institute-St Louis. Pursuing BA- Interior Design (Commercial & Residential)
