My old printer was on its last legs. Rob brought a new printer with him, installed it and instructed me how to use it. He took my old printer away. Very pleased and will definitely recommend Rob and if necessary, I will use him again!

I contacted Rob after Spectrum sent me a “self install” modem and router. Looking at all the wires and devices already there, I was not about to attempt a self install. Rob to the rescue. He untangled all the existing mess and got everything up and functioning in about an hour. Highly recommend.

Let me start off by saying I have never used thumbtack before. I was very hesitant in the beginning, but I'm glad I did. Long story short, I messed up my gaming pc, and he replaced the parts that were messed up. It's basically a new pc now. He let me choose what I wanted to do with it.
