Well, I don’t think there is enough room on this form to say how much I appreciate the amazing service that I received from AAA Home Services. I put a request on thumbtack that our a/c was not working at nearly 10 pm. Before I even closed the app, Dan had texted me asking if he could help me. I gladly accepted and he assured me that he could help me in the morning by sending a tech to my house. I was so surprised he would send someone that quickly but he sent the most personable, yet knowledgeable technician named Sam to my house before 11 am. Sam went to work on my old, clunky a/c and was so kind when he told me the bad news about what was wrong. He gave me options and was very honest about cost before beginning any repairs. He did not rush me and made sure I understood everything before making a decision. We discussed replacing the unit eventually and he shared a discount that I could use if I would choose that option. But I ultimately decided to do the repair and he had everything on his truck to get the job done, right then and there. Sam got our old, barely functional units up and running again to buy us some time to make the big purchase of new units. I trusted what Sam told me and the repairs that he did for me. He was honest and super friendly. He went way beyond my expectations. Thank you both Dan and Sam!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee is $95. We will diagnose your problem and provide you with an up front price on your repair. We do offer some discounts for members of our military as well as senior citizens. There are also some coupons on our website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are excited to welcome new customers at AAA Home Services. Whether you need an appliance repair, plumbing repair, electrical repair or HVAC repair - you can count on our family taking care of your family. Since 1970, we have been serving the St. Louis and St. Charles communities.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians receive on going training from the major manufacturers for their specific trade. The training is completed annually. All technicians are background checked. They are licensed, bonded and insured.
