FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When dealing with water damage or mold remediation, we are utilizing expensive equipment or have employees handling hazardous materials. If you are looking for a discount solution, find a handyman that does it on the side. If you are wanting the work done right, we'll educate you on our process and walk you through the results at the conclusion of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As an emergency water damage business, we inspect the property to identify the impacted areas, use technology to identify water saturation levels and create a remediation plan for your property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed for water damage restoration technician shop and follow the ANSI 500 specifications on ensuring your issues are addressed properly. In addition, we have attended training for advanced drying and practice dry in place. Utilizing weighted extraction and advanced technology, in most cases we can dry your house without disturbing your carpet or unnecessary cut and gut practices that some of our peers do.
