- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try my best to be the most fair priced. Not the cheapest or the most expensive. What I shoot for is consistency. You can always go to homewyse.com and check my prices against national and local averages!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its a very simple process. Step one is a simple phone interview where I gather basic information that helps me to be prepared for a free on site estimate (step two). If the customer decides to hire us then we sign paperwork and schedule the install date!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on experience in multiple facets of construction since 2008. Certified Wedi shower system installer.
