- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Standard pricing is not feasible in the majority of our business. Every job has different obstacles and things that can make the price differ. But that is why we always come out and bid your job, no matter how big or small. Our estimates are always free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to make contact and arrange a time to meet. Then we can look at your ideas or concerns, and put together an estimate for you. Then, it's up to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the business for around 10 years. Have been trained by many professionals in the business. Now I attend several conferences a year, and many online study workshops. Continuing education is the key to our growth as a company.
